Bill James, the founder and author of the programme, has 20 years experience in financial services in the insurance and finance industry. He has been a branch manager for the PSIS, owned his own mortgage and insurance brokerage and been a consultant to the motor industry.

Our programme has been utilised at such organisations as Gilmours, Foodstuffs (Auckland) Ltd,  Humes Concrete, Stresscrete, The Laminex Group, The University of Auckland and government organizations such as the Royal New Zealand Navy and Air Force, Citizens Advice Bureaux and the Ministry of Social Development.
